Otter Timber Hard Wax is a deep penetrating oil finish generated from plant based ingredients with palm oil, linseed oil, tung oil, soya bean binder, bee wax and carnauba wax, it gives a rich natural translucent look, breathable without forming film on wood surfaces. It is easy and safe to use, just brush on and wipe off the excesses, no primer required.

Recommended of Usage: For indoor & outdoor solid wood table top & chairs, wooden flooring, logs, doors, frames, paneling, antique furnitures and wood planks.
Application: Make sure surface is dry, clean and smooth. Apply a thin layer of Otter hard wax evenly in circular motion and use a lint-free cloth to wipe off the excesses of hard wax, follow the direction of the wood grain. Wait 4 to 8 hours till its dry before applying the second coat. Sand it gently with 400 to 800 sand paper and then apply another thin layer of hard wax. Wait for 10 minutes, wipe gently with a dry cloth to improve surface gloss. Apply three or many layers for better protection.
Note : Timber hard wax will bring out and darken the colour of the wood, always try a small portion before proceed further.
Drying Time: 4 - 8 hours, re-apply in 8 hours.
Coverage: Approx. 25 - 30 m2 / Litre, subject to wood porosity and coating. (2 times extra coverage compare to liquid stain)
Shelf Life (Unopen): 5 years, store in cool and ventilated place.
