• Marble, Granite and Stone Impregnator Sealer is a solvent based polymer solution use to provide stain resistance to material such as concrete, natural stone, brick and unglazed ceramic tile.
• It can be used both indoors and outdoors help to keep the surface looks clean and stain free longer.
• It helps to prevent stain causing liquid from soaking into the floor surface, making clean up easier and reducing costly maintenance.
• It is suitable to use in wide variety of applications, including floors, driveways, walkways, swimming pool surrounding, patios, garages and table tops made of natural or synthetic stones.
• It has ability to repel oil, water, greases and soils.
• It protects surfaces against oil based stains such as cooking oils, greases, motor oils and suntan lotions without creating a barrier coating.
Recommended Uses
Safe to use on all marble and fine stone including:-
• Polished, Honed Marble, Textured Marble,
• Polished limestone, Unpolished limestone,
• Travertine, Onyx, Quarry Tile, Concrete Tile,
• Porcelain, Slate, Terrazzo, Stucco,
• Brick, Flagstone, Terra Cotta, Concrete, Masonry,
• Cantera, Saltillo Tile.
Application
• Ensure the surface is dry and free of wax and contaminates.
• Advisable to wear hand gloves.
• Use brush/roller or spray 2 coats. After each coat to wait for 20 minutes, then wipe of the excess with a clean cloth and let it dry.
